Senior Data & Insights Analyst
$80,000 – $110,000SIREAS is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst who is passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful business insights. This role goes beyond data collection and organization; the successful candidate will identify trends, uncover opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and communicate compelling data-driven stories that influence strategic client decisions. The analyst serves as a critical contributor to consulting engagements by combining quantitative analysis, business acumen, corporate real estate knowledge, and AI-enabled tools to generate measurable client value.
THE ROLE
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
- Transform quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Develop data-driven narratives, executive presentations, analytical models, dashboards, and written deliverables that clearly communicate findings and business implications.
- Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking, scenario modeling, supplier analysis, and corporate real estate portfolio assessments.
- Abstract, analyze, and interpret corporate real estate documents, contracts, and operational data.
- Support project teams in developing pricing models, financial baselines, RFI/RFQ/RFP documentation, reports, and client recommendations.
- Partner with project teams and clients to define key business questions, formulate hypotheses, and validate conclusions using multiple data sources.
- Identify root causes of performance issues and recommend opportunities for cost savings, operational improvements, and process optimization.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, and similar technologies to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis, documentation, and insight development.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that improve analytical effectiveness and consulting deliverables.
- Support project management activities including planning, meeting coordination, documentation, action tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, both remote and in person as required.
- Contribute to SIREAS knowledge management, Center of Excellence assets, business development efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent master's degree in real estate, finance, business, analytics, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, procurement, strategic sourcing, consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience transforming data into strategic business insights and recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting both quantitative and qualitative information.
- Experience performing trend analysis, benchmarking, financial analysis, business performance assessments, and scenario modeling.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with corporate real estate concepts, portfolio management, workplace services, facilities management, or outsourcing environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills; experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and large datasets.
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity and analysis tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of statistics, business metrics, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts is preferred.
