Managing Director, Sales and Solutions Development

We are currently seeking a Managing Director of Sales and Solutions to join the team. As the Managing Director, you will split your time between bringing in new business and leading teams working on diverse functional assignments.

THE ROLE

Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively market the firm's services, manage client relationships, grow the customer base, and contribute to company growth strategy and credibility within the industry.
  • Manage teams of talented, high energy, experienced individuals in delivering sophisticated solutions to client needs.
  • Provide advisory support to our clients including: organizational design, service delivery model alignment and process improvement, strategic sourcing strategy and execution, contract development and negotiation, and transformational execution support.
  • Research and development of appropriate tools to support the organization in delivering cost effective, quality services to SIREAS' client base.
  • Contribute to client teams with your skills, knowledge, and critical thinking to analyze data to develop a story; create recommendations; research and develop cutting edge solutions.
  • Maintain robust technical expertise in relevant industry trends and solutions.

  • Strong new business development skills, including identifying opportunities and building client relationships to drive growth.
  • Ability to quickly grasp project details, think critically, and prioritize the client's best interests in decision-making.
  • Strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and expectations simultaneously.
  • Experience generating written deliverables and leading client meetings and working sessions.
  • Quick to learn client business processes and applications while meeting project deadlines and commitments.
  • Proven experience in project-based environments.
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • MBA or equivalent degree is desired.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Services arena required; either within a corporate or service provider environment.
  • Have a well-developed and sizable network to build on.
  • Superior relationship management and communications skills.
  • The ability to lead a collaborative team is paramount.
  • Travel averages less than 25%.
