Managing Director, Sales and Solutions Development
The Managing Director, Sales and Solutions Development is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, developing innovative client solutions, and building high-performing consulting teams. This position serves as a strategic advisor to clients, a revenue-generating business leader, and a mentor to consulting professionals. The successful candidate will leverage deep industry expertise, executive relationships, modern consulting methodologies, and AI-enabled technologies to expand SIREAS market presence, deliver differentiated client solutions, and strengthen organizational capability.
THE ROLE
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and expand executive-level relationships with corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace, procurement, and sourcing leaders.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and client segments.
- Lead sales pursuits from prospect engagement through proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Develop compelling value propositions, solution presentations, and business cases that communicate client value.
- Expand SIREAS market presence through industry networking, thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and professional associations.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape growth strategies, service offerings, and market positioning.
- Leverage a strong professional network to generate opportunities and strengthen brand credibility.
- Lead development of innovative corporate real estate, workplace, facilities management, outsourcing, and governance solutions.
- Provide executive advisory support in organizational design, service delivery optimization, strategic sourcing, contract development, governance, and transformation initiatives.
- Design operating models, governance frameworks, sourcing strategies, and transformation roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
- Assess organizational structures, service delivery models, financial performance, and risk profiles to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop executive-level recommendations, business cases, implementation strategies, and change management approaches.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, workplace trends, AI capabilities, and industry innovations to create differentiated client solutions.
- Lead client workshops, executive working sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
- Contribute thought leadership, methodologies, tools, and intellectual property that enhance SIREAS service offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop consulting professionals across multiple disciplines and levels.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and client service excellence.
- Coach team members on consulting methodologies, client management, solution development, business development, and executive communication.
- Provide performance feedback, career development guidance, and professional growth opportunities.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, workforce development, and talent retention initiatives.
- Serve as a role model and steward of SIREAS values, culture, and professional standards.
- Create scalable processes, tools, and knowledge-sharing practices that improve organizational capability.
- Leverage AI-enabled platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging technologies to enhance business development, research, solution design, and operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve client solutions, consulting methodologies, internal operations, and market differentiation.
- Guide clients in understanding practical business applications of AI within corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace services, sourcing, and governance environments.
- Champion responsible AI adoption while ensuring quality, confidentiality, compliance, and governance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace services, outsourcing, procurement, consulting, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success leading business development efforts and achieving revenue growth objectives.
- Proven track record of developing, selling, and delivering complex consulting engagements.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and developing high-performing professionals.
- Established executive network within relevant industry sectors.
- Superior relationship management, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience developing executive-level business cases, strategic recommendations, governance models, and transformation programs.
- Experience with AI-enabled platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Travel averages less than 25%.
