Client Solutions & Delivery Manager

$90,000 – $125,000

The Client Solutions & Delivery Manager serves in a dual-capacity role as both a strategic solution architect and project delivery leader. This individual partners with clients to assess business challenges, design innovative real estate and workplace solutions, develop sourcing and operating strategies, and guide engagements from concept through implementation. The role requires exceptional consulting, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with the ability to leverage modern AI-enabled technologies to improve solution development, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.

THE ROLE

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment of client organizations, operating models, service delivery structures, governance practices, technologies, and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, risk reduction, and cost savings.
  • Design innovative corporate real estate, workplace, facilities management, outsourcing, and support-services solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Develop business cases, value propositions, sourcing strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and executive recommendations.
  • Analyze staffing models, pricing structures, savings opportunities, technology platforms, supplier capabilities, and service delivery models to determine optimal solutions.
  • Assess operational, financial, organizational, and implementation risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives through the full lifecycle including opportunity assessment, market engagement, RFI/RFP development, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, transition planning, and governance implementation.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder sessions, and client working meetings to align priorities, drive decision-making, and achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends, emerging technologies, workplace strategies, outsourcing models, and corporate real estate best practices.
  • Serve as project manager for consulting engagements from initiation through completion, maintaining accountability for scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, issue logs, risk registers, and executive status reports.
  • Coordinate internal consulting teams, client stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery of commitments.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of project status, decisions, deliverables, and action items to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope changes while balancing client expectations, business objectives, and resource constraints.
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders and project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
  • Deliver high-quality client presentations, reports, recommendations, and executive communications.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, and similar technologies to accelerate research, solution development, documentation, and project delivery.
  • Utilize AI tools to support proposal development, benchmarking, workshop preparation, meeting synthesis, governance documentation, and executive communications.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies, client outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Apply appropriate governance, confidentiality, and quality controls when utilizing AI-generated content and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, outsourcing, procurement, workplace services, management consulting, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing strategic solutions within corporate real estate, workplace services, facilities management, outsourcing, procurement, or consulting environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional consulting engagements and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Knowledge of real estate and facilities services typically offered within the industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of performance-based contracting, supplier management, and industry pricing structures.
  • Advanced project management capabilities with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop executive presentations, business cases, governance models, strategic recommendations, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to improve consulting effectiveness and productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or equivalent project management/change management certifications preferred.
