Ingrid M. Fenn
Ingrid is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and a leading innovator in corporate real estate and facilities management. She brings more than a decade of major multinational corporate expertise, as well as extensive experience in emerging markets and in navigating complex matrices of international laws and real estate practices to her strategic and operational leadership of SIREAS. Her career has included leadership in value-building real estate strategy, the development of portfolio and facilities management platforms, and oversight of millions of square feet of leased and owned research, commercial, office and manufacturing facilities across the globe.
As CEO and President of SIREAS, she works directly with the real estate and executive leadership of clients to design strategic plans that cost-effectively meet their business goals. She oversees and provides ongoing project guidance to SIREAS client engagement teams, and develops the third-party supplier and outsourcing relationships vital to help manage clients’ portfolios and facilities. As a global real estate strategist and portfolio platform builder, she also provides clients with expert guidance on facilities management and workplace transformation, the real estate implications of M&A transactions, contract negotiations and lease administration, construction, and vendor management.
Ingrid is a frequent speaker at prestigious corporate real estate conferences and events, and has published numerous articles in various industry and trade journals and publications.
Deana DiMenna
Deana is a driven leader who builds high-performing teams and consistently exceeds the expectations of clients. She drives a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the SIREAS team and on client projects.
Deana serves as a subject matter expert and strategic leader on client engagements and leads SIREAS’ strategic relationship management and governance (SRMG) platform, which support strategic partnerships that drive innovation and maximize value. Deana also owns development, maintenance and training of SIREAS’ industry leading center of excellence. Our COE enables both our internal team and our clients access to best in class tools, templates and benchmarking.
Deana’s 20+ year career has included the execution of global real estate services, facilities management, contract governance, outsourcing, performance management, vendor management, and third-party risk and compliance. Deana was instrumental in developing much of the intellectual property SIREAS utilizes today, including first generation Service Level Agreements, Statements of Work, Pricing Models, and Performance Management Plans. She has been involved in numerous global outsourcing initiatives spanning millions of square feet that generated an average ROI of 20:1 for the world’s largest corporations.
Deana was also a key player in the development and implementation of the industry leading dynamic SaaS solution, Hiperos, for third party management and governance.
Scott Tibbo
Scott has more than 35 years of corporate real estate and facilities management expertise that uniquely comes from 15 years on the client side of the business, 9 years as a management consultant and the last 13 years as a senior leader on the service provider side of the CRE/FM industry with JLL’s Corporate Solutions business.
Scott’s role at SIREAS is to leverage his depth of experience across all CRE/FM functions and to lead our project teams to help our clients objectively assess their existing operating models and third-party supplier relationships; and to design and implement best-in-class organizational and service delivery models that will drive innovation, efficiency and success across the portfolio.
Prior to JLL, Scott managed the real estate consulting practice at SIREAS predecessor company, Expense Management Solutions, where he advised more than forty client organizations on CRE organizational design, outsourcing, benchmarking and performance measurement; and led operational assessments and outsourcing initiatives that involved in excess of 300 MSF globally.
Scott is currently the President & Chair of the CoreNet Global CT/Westchester Chapter, and past-President of IFMA Boston. Scott has published articles in Facilities Management Journal, Development Magazine, Financial Executive, and Inside Supply Management. In addition, he has led several presentations at events such as IFMA World Workplace, CoreNet Global, and the Industrial Asset Management Council.
