In the third article in the series, “Re-engineering a Corporate Real Estate Service Organization” on governance, there was an entire section on communication strategy. In it, Ingrid Fenn, CEO of SIREAS, wrote, “…even though the client and supplier are two separate organizations, it should be made clear that all the stakeholders and participants in the relationship are part of the same team, and the relationship is not a zero-sum game.”
